Next, Several Weeks Ago I Posted A #BuyerBeware Warning to My Socials & Blog Due to a Frustrating Experience w @shop615 . I Had Ordered Something I Needed by a Certain Date, but After the Order was Confirmed & Payment was Sent I Received Zero Follow Up. When I Decided to Reach Out Publicly via Socials I Learn That Several Other Customers Had The Same Issue. I Had Tried to Contact the Shop Privately Prior to Socials & Had No Luck. I Reported the Situation to #Paypal as Well as #Instagram Prior to Going Public on Their Socials. After Some Communication w Other Customers I Feared I Had Just Lost My Money & Would Not Be Receiving My Order.
I Was Shocked to Find a Refund via Paypal a Little Over a Week Later. I Was Even More Shocked to Find a Package in My Mail Box This Week Containing My Original Order. Kudos, Respect & Thank You to #Shop615 for Surprisingly Rectifying This Situation.I Have No Clue if Other Customers Received the Same Corrections or Not.
Just Let this Be a Lesson to Us All When Shopping Via @instagram, Read the Comments, Perhaps Reach Out to Other Followers/Customers of a Insta Shop Prior to Purchasing for Reviews. Pay Attention to Past Posts to Note How Long the Shop Has Been Active, if it is Brand New You May Wanna Give it a Few Weeks for Them to Work Out Kinks, For You to See What Shoppers are Saying in the Comments, Etc. ~ Hope This Helps M'Fellow #InstaShoppers!!!!~
